Why My Benign Brain Tumor Itches?

i have a benign brain tumor but i been on a strict diet no meat,no diary, no soda eating raw vegetables and some fruit stop using all hygiene products and been cleaning ny body with natural herbs where my tumor is feels itchy sometimes im in great shape no problems can you tell me whit itches and sometimes feel hot but doesnt bother me

Here the exact nature of lesion is not given here like what type of tumor is this, no matter whether this is benign or malignant but the where it situated in cerebral region is great concern what was the clinical symptoms you had at the time of detection of this lesion, how this being detected, next your age and gender also matter the great without these information it is not possible to say any thing, again this lesion whether it is benign or malignant can not cause itching, this could be hallucination, take care.
