Welcome to healthcare magic.
The penis mainly expels 2 types of fluid , one urine from the bladder and the other semen ejaculated from the testicles after sexual intercourse. In case of young boys not having sex or masturbation it is expelled as nightfall or after urination. If you have similar seminal fluid expulsion, it is harmless and normal.sometimes very scanty sticky clear lubricating fluid may also be expelled.dont worry for that.
If you still feel it is neither of these kindly visit your doctor to rule out infection or any other cause.
Thank you
