Dear Yolanda
You havnot mentioned your age. It is likely you have such problem due to menopause, neuromuscular disorder, aneamia or calcium deficiency. From Ayurvedic view - Avoid sour, packed, fermented food. Please take sufficient green vegetables, fruits.dasmul quath, sunthi , evecare & palsinuron may be useful to you.

Hi Yolanda , what is your age ? I think you should get an ECG done , it can be due to hypertension or any nervous disorder so it is better to see a physician.
