Why Is There Foul Smell In My Nasal Cavity ?
My son is nearly four years old, he has a terrible smell coming from his nasal cavity and quite often gets nose bleeds (which arent server but worrying). What could the cause of the smell be?

He might have chronic infection in maxillary or frontal sinuses which due to cough in the sinus may cause foul smell There is also possibility of infection in nose which due to infection is sore and causes bleeding.
