my wife regular period date is 4th and now she did not got her periods. can you tell me whether she is pregnant or not.

Just one day missed period do not confirm pregnancy.. wait for another 3 to 4 days . UPT- urine pregnancy test is done to confirm pregnancy.. it is antibody test, even a antibody to appear in the urine it will take atleast a 1week.. . do the UPT test after few days , if it comes positive. confirms the pregnancy..
