Why Is There An Abnormal Growth In The Testicle?

In the last 4 month or so my right testicle has grown to twice the size of the left.. I don't feel any lumps or pain but can feel like a fatty tissue going from the top of it upwards. (like a mushy straw) i''ve recently had major surgery to repair several stomach hernias. (4 months ago)

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, just letting you know.

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your health concern.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Right TVH(Tunic Vaginalis Hydrocele), or could be from Spermatocele.
There is no causal relation of this right testes swelling with recent abdominal hernia Surgeries. But if they are inguinal hernias-it could be related also from lymphatic obstruction post-inguinal hernia repair-.It could be a totally different entity also.
IF you have any history of urethritis /epididymitis you need to rule out,for planning proper treatment of your case.
Second opinion from Urologist / Surgeon and USG Scrotum / Colour Doppler would fix the cause of this right testes swelling.
Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your doctors there.

Welcome for further query in this regard if any.
Good Day!!
