Why Is There A Slight Skip In Heart Rate? How Can We Correct This And How Severe Is This?

My husband has had several doctors take interest and want to monitor his heart over the past four years. Recently he finally allowed a doctor to check this out and he came back to say that he had a slight skip in his heart beat. He s now put him on medication to correct this. How severe is this? Is medicine really the answer?

thanks for writing us
Madam it would be better to use Medical terminology when you are asking querries..

Skip is very nonspecific term,, it may be sinus pause, or some extrasystole

I will be happy to answer you after getting correct information
