well I have a problem with my top penis under the skin is kind off hard and I get this pain in my ass when I get a hard on my top penis hurts I have been to the doctors they keep referring me to different doctors and is been going on for a year well in a month time I will be sent to the specialist I hop they will help and that pain from my ass is a sharp pain sometimes when I am laying on my bed this pain coms or sometimes when I am standing and when this pain coms from my ass is like I cant move cant even breath properly and I have fresh blood on my anus every time I have a shit and when I wipe my ass there is fresh blood on the tissue please I really need help with that I have had sex with my girlfriend and I am scared if she has caught something off me because she was telling me there is a meat hanging off her anus I don't know if she caught that off me or her masturbations maybe

The bleeding from anus with pain at passing stool ( motion) may be due to a condition called fissure in ano. That is a small cut or an injury to the anus while passing hard motion. The treatment is to sit in a big tub with warm water - also called as Sitz Bath for soothing the area. Take laxatives like Liquid Cremaffin Plus , approximately 2 tea-spoonful at bed time to soften the stools and adjust the dose as per your requirements. This may also help for the problem with penis. The top of penis gets too mich sensitive on getting hard in many people. It is better to have protected sex, that is use condoms if you are unmarried or having contact (sex) with someone other than your married partner
