Why Is The Right Testicle Larger Than The Left?

Hi I am 18 6ft and weight around 213 I have no medical history. I am curious about the meaning of my right testicle being about 3 times the size of my left. they feel about the same and shape wise the left one is very oval and round like it should be but the right is more awkward in shape as if it was two testicles combined... I am worried it could be at tumor...

1.Nothing to worry, due to there position / lie some times it seems like that.
2.But if you obviously can see a gross difference then see your doctor, he may order for an ultrasound scan, which will exactly measures the testis size and shape and consistency (if there is any lump /growth seen inside)
3.In this case i would recommend to take a general appointment and ask for a scan and get confirmed.
