You may either have to step up the dose of the medication or switch to another brand. If you stop Duphaston abruptly, you may bleed more profusely due to withdrawal effect of the hormone. I would also like to know if your doctor excluded pregnancy before prescribing medication and also if a sonogram of the pelvis was done to exclude any significant causes.
