General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Lidocaine and prilocaine are local anesthetic agents and they will produce long-standing pain-free intervals in burns patients. Gabapentin acts in nerve terminals and also produce pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
