Why Is Naturogest Injection Taken?

my wife is adminisered naturogest injection on the 6th day of missing cycle after confirming positive by pregnancy strip. I want to know why is this injection given as there was no miscarriage etc., earlier and we had 2 children by ceasarian operation. Is it safe to take this injection?

dear patient , naturogest is nothing but a progesterone that is a hormone to support the pregnancy .and yes its perfectly safe to take this injection in pregnancy.
