Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You wound need to get a vaginal swab and urine analysis to look for the specific infection and presence of urine infection respectively. Avoid washing vagina much as this predisposes to certain vaginal infection. Is there any discharge, any itching. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Regularly change your underwear. You can trim your pubic hair as well to reduce smell.

Read your prob, bad vaginal smelling is due to bacterial or yeast infection of vagina or cervix. they may not develop any other effect of infection but foul smell present in vagina. you should discuss it with your doc a start treatment for them. you should also rule out PID. keep hygin over it. for more confirmation you should mention your sexual history as it happen also in STD.
