Why Is My Thrombosed External Hemorrhoid Bleeding?
i beleive I have had a thrombosed external hemeroid for about 5 days. A couple of days ago I notice a black spot on the hemeroid and today (day 6) the hemeroid started bleeding. is this something I should go to the ER for or an urgent care facility or wait to see my PCP on monday?

The thrombosed hemorrhoids can bleed from friction via hard stools. There is no need for an emergency room visit. Sitz bath and stool softener will help great and do plan to follow up with your primary care physician.
