Why Is My Stomach Swollen And Constipated After A C Section?

Hi,
15 months ago i had my daughter c section and ever since then i have struggled with bowel movement. I am mainly constipated, its chronic and the stools are black hard and little (like rabbit droppings) until i was put on laxatives. I have night sweats sometimes all day. And now my left side of my stomach is swollen and im starting to really worry. I havent had blood thought which is a good sign. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow and a laperoscapy is booked to investigate with other pain iv had which they think maybe scar tissue. I don't know if this is related.. Thank you
