hello, this is sadaf from pakistan...im bit tensed nowadays, cz im having a number of issues regarding my skin, hair, health. first i want to address my skin: im have been taking melons early in the morning for my skin, for more than two months, but its not working, my skin z becoming dull day by day, like white spots, dull complexion, what should i do, even im taking my proper diet also. secondly my hair have been whitening for last 5-6 years, i hv bn using hair dyes since long, but its too hectic, m having ruf hair, hair never gt length.

Hi,

Skin becomes dull due to vitamin deficiencies so you have to take vitamin D and B complex. Since you are hair dye it can get damaged and break easily.
