Why Is My Right Breast Bigger Than Left One?

In the last couple of months I have noticed my right breast has become bigger than my left one, although it does not hurt it makes me wonder. I am a 66 years old woman. I do have a mild case of M.S. but am otherwise healthy. Any thoughts you have would help. Thanks

It is probably that you have recently noticed the inequality in the sizes of breasts. In fact in most of the women, there is always a slight difference in the sizes of breasts. This increases after the sexual life and/or motherhood has started due to unequal handling and use of the breasts for breast feeding.
Now at this age, due to the hormonal changes after the menopause, the breasts start sagging down, making the difference in the size more obvious.
However, before just ignoring the inequality as physiological phenomenon, at this age, you should get checked from a surgeon whether there is any lump or any other pathology in one of the breasts.
If no abnormality is detected, you can safely ignore the matter. Still, my advice is to get clinically examined from a surgeon at least annually.
