Why is my mouth dry and feeling tiredness in my body ?

I became extremely fatigued yesterday around 8AM, felt like I had sleep aides in my system (I didn t take any), then around 4PM my mouth got real dry, and stayed dry all night. Around 6PM i started getting chills (like tingling) in my shoulders and head ... Today, still tired but not as bad, dry mouth is still there, reduced a little, and no more tingling. I do feel spacey today... What s going on?

Homeopath Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy's  Response
Hi greetings from health care magic
You are saying you are prediabetic in past. So please checki your blood sugar both fasting and after food. I think it may be the cause of hyperglycemia. dry tongue weak ness, fatigue , could be the cause of dehydration if you are not taking sufficent liquid. IF your blood sugar will be found normal range then we can think further. so first thing check your FBS and PPBS thank you
