Why Is My Hearing Faded And I Feel Dizzy?

Vertigo Ear Infection Aftermath Ok, I was playing the video game with my buddy. Then all of a sudden out of nowhere my hearing faded quickly and was replaced by a loud ringing noise in my right ear. I felt not dizzy in a sense...but like my brain was bring hit with a baseball bat, I didn t know which way was up or down, from left to right. So i went to the hospital and the doc said i had an inner ear infection which caused the whole thing. Well since then, i haven t been able to play my game without feeling dizzy, and ringing noises scare the hell outta me. Now all of a sudden out of nowhere my ears ache constantly and its brought on by some dizziness or (vertigo? ) and massive headaches that come and go. I m really scared and think that it may be more than that. Please help me. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

kindly do proper investigation to rule out inner ear infection like labyrinthitis . do not neglect to avoid severity.
