Why is my head paining severely when I poke the bruise which is there in my head ?
I ve been getting heavy headaches for the last two weeks that don t seem to be connected to anything. They re particularly painful but they re not migranes (I used to get them when I was younger). I was wondering if it could be anything serious. I also have something that feels almost bruise like on my head and when I poke it, it makes my headache worse.

Hi well come to Hcm.
As sme headache you were getting when you were young and nothing serious has come out of if, less likely this to be serious. It could be some common problem like tension
headache, mild to moderate depression, sleep disturbances, refrective ereor of vision
common cold etc. But better not to miss some thing serious if at all there, consult
your Doctor for clinical examination to rule out HBP and other headache related causes.

You have not mentioned your age.
There are about 200 causes of headache.
If you are elderly,it may be due to,
Cervical spondilitis,
Glaucoma,
Hypertension,
Acute sinusitis,
Some CNS cause.
In young age Refraction of error,sinusitis,etc
Consult your doctor and get examined.
