Why Is My Daughter, Who Is Potty Trained Peeing And Pooping In Her Closet?

I have a question my daughter has been potty trained for about 6 months now, recently she has been pooping, and peeing in her room, mostly her closet. I am so frustrated by this because I know she can use the potty correctly. I am at my wits end with this situation, could it be a medical issue, defiance? Please help thank you!- Hillary

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its unlikely to be anything serious.
Children may pass stools where they are more comfortable.
Its important to speak to them instead of removing the frustration on her.
It will be advisable if you could consult your Pediatrician would do a thorough clincial examination and will also speak to your baby.

I encounter many such cases, speaking patiently with the kids definitely helps.

Take Care]
