Hi shashikalakotha,
Welcome to HCM.
Breathing difficulty especially during sleep is common with adenoids. If it is confirmed that it is due to adenoids, then surgical removal should be considered. Adenoids produces persisting common cold like symptoms with running nose.
Consult a good ENT surgeon, and if there is no relief with medicines then surgery is the better option.
