Why Is My Child Speaking Weird Things?
My son is 5 yrs old and hes been saying some scary things lately such as im gonna kill you, im gonna stab you with a knife, then last night he casually said to me mommy i cant go to school tomorrow because i have to go to the grave i said what grave he then said you know the one i always go to. im not too sure what kind of help i need to be looking for.

Hi, thanks for asking. In my opinion it is nothing much to worry about. He may be repeating something he saw on TV in a movie or cartoon. You may ask him about it as to where he heard such things. Limit his TV watching. If possible always co watch the tv with the child so as to educate them regarding difference between the fantasy and reality.
