Hi, I got hit on my side when surfing by another surf board. It was very sore for a few days after but did improve slightly but in the last few days the pain has returned and is tender to touch and unbearable when I cough or sneeze. It happened nearly a month ago & while I understand it can take weeks to heal is there any reason as to why it has suddenly got worse?
Hi, Welcome to healthcaremgic. After going through your query I come to know that you got injury one month back, you were recovering but probably not taken proper rest.Due to overexersion you developed pain again.you need to take rest. Analgesic such as diclofenac will be beneficial. You can do breathing exercises. You can get x Ray chest done to exclude fracture. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any question don't hesitate to write to us.I will be happy to answer your question.Wishing you good health.Take care.
