Why Is My Blood Pressure Slightly Higher?

I just took my blood pressure and it's at 113/72. I usually run a bit higher than that (closer to 120/80). I visited my cardiologist last week for a stress test and had a top number of 90. The nurse thought it was so low because he had taken it while I was lying down. I am 30 years old, weigh 154 lbs and am 5 feet, 7 inches tall.
