Why Is My Baby Having Rashes On Back, Neck And Ears After Fever?
Hi Dr. My 1yr. old baby had fever for two days and lost his apetite. Fever stopped as of yesterday, and today he has rush on his back neck,behind his ears and forehead. He touches more often his ears and sometimes open his mouth wide , also he put his hand in his mouth and touches his gum. Should i worry?

This is a viral exanthema. Could be measles or any other simple viral exanthema like coxsackie. Well look for ay diarroheal or ear infection symptoms. Try to keep good diet for baby. Start multivitamin syrup like visyneral z 5ml two times a day. Also give 100000 iu of vitamin A single dose to baby.
