Why Is My Baby Having Loose Motions After Drinking Water Melon Juice ?

Hi i have a 9 month old baby. How many times should she go for motion. Yesterday she had 6 times with once in the middle night. Those are not loose motions but today morning she had a lose motion. She had a lot of watermelon juice day before yesterday. Is that the reason?

Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Watermelon contains fibres and is juicy so it helps in constipation but it should not cause loose motions in child.The loose motions at 9 months can be due teething also and mild infection.See if the loose motions stop on its own it may be due to watermelon and if not then it can be due to infection or due to teething diarrhoea and for that she may need treatment.
Thanks
