Why Is Flesh Hanging From Spot Where Adult Tooth Is Supposed To Emerge?

My 10 year old daughter just pulled out one of her teeth that has been very wiggle for over half a year. The adult tooth was already growing in. Now the tooth is out but there's fleshy skin hanging from where the tooth used to be. It doesn't seem to come out when I pull it, and I don't want to hurt her. Do you know what this would be?

Hello Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
You have 10 year old daughter her permanent dentition tooth is erupting now , dont worry , you are saying that you are seeing some fleshy skin around that tooth not to worry much it can be gingiva there, go to dentist and there you have IOPA X-RAY if it is creating problem you can go for Excision also,
Hope this will help you.
