Why Is Baby Not Gaining Weight And Has Frequent Bowel Movements?
my daughter is 13months and she passes stool 4-5 times daily.her weight gain is slow .she takes suji kheer ,banana,mango,mixed veg soup and sometimes khicdi. about threefourth of a bowl she eats.why is she not gaining weight and passing stool so many times a day is normal?my email is YYYY@YYYY

If the stools are not very watery and are not foul smelling then definitely there is no cause for concern.
Babies usually pass stools after every feeds , it's due to hyper active gastro colic reflex. Distension of stomach with feeds causes evacuation of stools.
Coming to issue of weight gain it would be very helpful if you could provide the weight of baby for further assessment.
