My 5 yrs old daughter has type 1 diabetese. For last few days her sugar level remains high upto 400 even injected 3 times a day. Some times it comes in range of below 200 also. I am unable to correlate with food as even when she eats candy it comes under 200 but at times with just one chapathi it jumps to 300 range, plz suggest why ?

Hi,
From history it seems that your daughter is having unstable diabetes and proper dosage of insulin and proper diet care is required.
Consult Diabetologist and get examined.
He will advice regarding proper dose and diet regimen.
Ok and take care.
