Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Diclofenac must be given for your back pain. It is an anti-inflammatory medicine which can be used to reduce muscular or joint pain. It is also very safe in patients with COPD & heart disease.
No diclofenac does cause any effect to blood pressure & pulse.

You should take the medicines as prescribed by your doctor.

hoping your query is solved
