Why Is Almox 500 Prescribed?

HI i am suffering with motions due to food poison and thinking that almox 500 is a motion tablet i had the tablet. but still i am having same problem. when i googling many members are saying it is a cough/ teeth ache tablet. what action i have to take now

Most of the diarrhea are self limiting and hydration is matters only
Better to avoid medicines initially
If symptoms does not controlled then conservative management would be nice
If this fails then "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 5 days can be tried along with "Lyophilized Lacto Bacillus" sachets three time in day
