Why I Am Feeling Cold Before My Period ?
I m 38 years old women and i have a regular period but before my period and sometimes during my period i feel cold for about a few minutes and i came back to normal and i feel cold for many times during a day so i want to know what does this mean ?

These are temperture regulations problems due to hormonal imbalance.You also need to rule out thyroid dysfunction so get a thyroid test done.
