ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding red spots over uvula and lumps at back of throat causing difficulty in swallowing.

Your clinical history clearly indicated that you are most likely having tonsillopharyngitis. This is an infective disease and it may be treated as-

1- Antibiotics.

2- Tab paracetamol.

3- Mucolytic cough syrup.

4- Warm salne gargling.

Probably above will solve your problem otherwise consultation with ent doctor will become essential.

Regards.
