Why Having Noisy Ears After Bilateral Arthroscopy For TMJ?

I had bilateral arthroscopy for TMJ about 2weeks ago and I'm having alot of noise on both ears like a blown speaker and it causes dizziness and headaches. Any suggestions? I'm having a very difficult time at work specially reading. Any suggestions please?

ya it is an after effect of the arthroscopy procedure. if it is troubling you a lot even after 10 days, take a short course of steroids after consulting
