Why Have Pregnancies After A C-section Failed?
Iam 39 year old. I am having a boy 10 years by C section . After that i couldn't conceive . Laproscopy has been done and it was found one tube has been blocked and other tube has delayed spill. My husband has ologospermeia . This cycle my gyne gave coloid nad HCG shot and ovulation was also confirmed . the egg in the other ovary got reduced in size. What is the chance of my preganacy

If ovulation was confirmed than there is a chance of pregnancy.
If you want to become pregnant and you are not getting success than please do following tests first
For you - S LH,S FSH,S PROLACTIN. S ETRADIOL,S AMH
For Husband- semen analyisis ,BUt in your case you told that husband has oligospermia so directly go for IUI followed by IVF/ICSI iit will help.because your age is also 39 so.
