Why have I missed my periods ?

hello mam,i am 26 yr old, 5 3 inch, and my wt is 52kg...I had missed my periods for this month.its been 1 week late, this is the first time it s getting late. is it a serious problem?? as i am getting married by nov. this year so little worried abt my married life... please help me...

Do you think you might be pregnant. If Yes, it would be better to get a Pregnancy test. If not, you can wait for 3 more days and if the period does not come, it could be hormonal problem like PCOD or thyroid problem for which you need to get tested. Kindly follow up with your Doctor and get a complete examination and appropriate treatment.

Dont worry may be you are under some mental stress or some anxiety so it could be simple hormonal imbalance get consultation with your doc for a course of hormonal pills also you can go for routine bld investigstion for CBC and Thyroid profile to fin out if any cause associated

Irregular period may occasionally occur due to stress or hormonal imbalance or illness.If you have no other problems and are not sexually active, you needn't try to avoid stress and wait for a couple of days.occasional delay may not affect your married life but if you continue having irregular periods it's best to visit a gynaecologist.
