Why Dulera 200 Doesnt Helps To Releive Onset Of Asthma?
I have had almost daily shortness of breath - mostly with activity for about five months. Itstarted after a bad sinus infection that took a long time to heal. My pcp put me on dulera 100 initially for two weeks and the sob totally cleared up and remained fine for another two weeks before returning. He sent me to an asthma/allergy doc who did a ct of sinuses, spirometry and diagnosed me with adult onset asthma. Also did a skin prick and couldn t find allergens. Started me back on dulera 200 but now it isn t helping. Why would the medication help only a month and a half ago and now it isn t? Should I see another type of doctor?

hello, thanks for your query, dulera contains mometasone with frometrol, might be you are resistent to that combination. ask your doc to change the combination. hope I have answered your query. all the best. take care
