The strangest thing to me. I ve been with him over ten years and his pupils have never ever dilated. They are always tiny pinpoint pupils even in dark or low lights. He is not a drug user at all. They have never been more than 1 to 2 mm.

must be hard to see dialted pupils in the dark :-)
i'm joking...but maybe he is taking a medicine from his doctor that causes this.
look up "miosis" and read up on it.

My pupils dilate every day towards late afternoon and stay that way until I go to sleep at night. I have been diagnosed with a Vit. D deficiency, but no doctor is able to tell my why my pupils remain dilated. I also have a very small growth in the muscle in the back of my neck and a lump in the front of my neck which an ENT doctor told me was a swollen lymph node. Right now my main concern is my pupils. I was looking in mirror without moving or light changes and my pupils were dilating big small big small. any idea why? and I have been suffering with dizzy spells for the past 3 months. My dr said just vertigo but i think it might be something else
