Welcome to HCM.
The lesions on elbows you described suggests that you may be having phrynoderma.
There are small spiny papules on elbow and surrounding skin.
The skin might be dry and rough.
There would be no itching. You might feel to rupture the lesions and to remove white keratinous material..right?
It is phrynoderma , caused by vitamin A deficiency
It is common in children.
Take vitamin A daily ..like capsule aquasol A. Also take vitamin E
and C to enhance the the improvement.
Keep the skin moist.
Rub salicylic acid
Eat vitamin A containing food..papaya,banana,carrot,fish..etc
I feel, you would be better in few months.
I hope you got my answer.
