Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms, you might be suffering from Eustachian tube blockage. It may occur during a nasal cold infection. It is a tube which connects the middle ear with the nose and is responsible for equalization of middle ear pressure with the outer atmospheric pressure. In case of blockage of this tube,it would result in negative middle ear pressure with fluid collection in the middle ear which may result in hearing of echo.
You may find relief by taking the following medication: Oral decongestant like Phenylephrine and Nasal decongestant drops like Xylometazoline(take decongestant only if you are not suffering from hypertension), Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,Mucolytic like Ambroxol.
Also do steam inhalation.Drink plenty of warm fluids.Avoid cold food and dust.
After following the above measures,if your symptoms are not improving, then it would be advisable to consult an Otolaryngologist doctor.
Hope this answers your question.Take care.
