Why Does Sneezing Cause Body Pain?
i ve never had allergies before. until recently, i ve been sneezing excessively when cleaning or even just folding clean clothes. when i sneeze, my lower back where my butt crack is hurts a lot. it feels like something is stabbing the bone. it hurts for a good 2 minutes until i stop sneezing.

this is due to all the important organs involved during sneezing
it increases all the pressures,intra abdominal,intra thoracic,& intra cranial.
the velocity & speed also increases
so the pain is radiating
