Why Does One Have A Swollen Feet?

i am having swollen feet for quite some time. More or less my blood tests are ok including creatinine. i am hypo thyroid which is normal under eltroxin, I am having BP of 140/90 nowadays and having amlodupin 5mg. My 24 hr urine protein is 760 mg. what might be the cause of the swollen feet?

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

Your urine protein is high. That suggest that you have some protein loss in urine. Protein loss leads to low protein level in your blood. Hypoproteinemia is the common cause of swollen foot.

You should check your serum total protein and serum albumin level. If needed go for kidney biopsy to search the cause. Then take treatment accordingly.
Your hypothyroidism and blood pressure is OK so it is not related with swollen foot.
