Why does one get difficulty in getting an orgasm post aspiration method abortion ?

my girlfriend got an aspiration method abortion about 2 and a half weeks ago. We decided to have sex after 2 weeks and she was having a hard time getting an orgasm and feeling the way she did when before she would get an orgasm 5 times every time we had sex. could the procedure messed anything up because shes not depressed or doesnt want to have sex she wants to have it and it doesnt feel the same
