i haven t started my period, but my vagina hurts really bad, and a orange ish pink clot came out my vagina when i went pee? i am sexually active. what could be wrong?

the clot can be due to vaginal laceration or you will start your periods very soon.Spotting can be due to irregular menstrual bleeding , it can be vaginitis also .Apply some soothing ointment like cloben G .It is nothing to worry about.You can show it to your gynaec.
