Why Does My Urine Smell Bad?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my urine smells like fish, and is sometimes cloudy, but i have no pain or itchiness. is it a UTI? when i ve had UTI s before it s been really painful, but like I said. No pain.

In the case of urinary tract infection, pain is usually always there. But the bad fishy smell in urine can points towards urinary tract infection or bladder infection specifically.

I suggest you consult Urologist for detailed evaluation.

You should investigate with urine routine microscopic for primary work up.
