General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Pain and tenderness in the testicle without any obvious history of trauma is indicative of infection.
I would advise you the following:
First of all send a sample of urine for tests of routine and culture and sensitivity.
Get blood tests done.
Ultrasonography and color Doppler
Antibiotic cover.
Consult your Doctor or Urologist.
I find this answer helpful
