Why Does My Son Have Low Grade Fever And Body Ache?

Hello I have a 7 year old boy. 5 days ago he came home from school saying his body felt achy. low grade fever does not get over 101.2 and has a cough. Giving something for cough and fever every 4 hours. She I take him to the Dr. now or can it wait till Monday. Thank you

Paracetamol and Cetrizine syrups will help.
If no improvement you may consult your doctor on monday or even earlier according to need.
Tepid sponging will help in reducing temperature.
