Why Does My Left Leg Hurts While Passing Motions ?

My left leg hurts when I try to poop? It s weird, and yes I know this sounds funny. I just ws curious if maybe this is a nerve? Or what is going on. I also have gall stones.

If you are having loaded colon due to constipation there may be pressure on the leg nerves which come from the backbone spine. This way there could be some pressure and pain theoretically. Better stop eating junk food, fatty food, eat more of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water. Use Ispaghulla husk if you are still constipated. Exercise daily by brisk walking for 40 minutes to ensure proper circulation to entire body.
