Why Does My Heartbeat Elevate After Having Meal?

At times i feel my heartbeat to be elevated and also i can feel the pulse pounding. Somehow i feel its related with the meals ie before and after i take the meals. Also it happens sometimes in the morning when i oversleep. I have also started noticing slight tremor in my hands very slight when i try to keep them in the air straight

hello as per your quary most of the time there is no reason for these tremors and pounding but u shd go for thyroid function teat and liver function test plus blood suger meanwhile u can start tab proprenlol 20mg per day if u dont have any asthma
